Before you start: have your business address, federal tax ID, most recent annual revenue figure, one bank reference, and up to three trade references on hand. The form takes about 8–10 minutes. Your information is sent encrypted and used only for the credit decision.

Terms & conditions

Credit terms

Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any outstanding balance beyond the due date will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% (18% per annum).

Credit approval

The approval of credit and the determination of the credit limit are at the sole discretion of ANABEL CORP. ANABEL CORP reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time without prior notice.

Late payments

If the customer fails to make a payment within the agreed terms, ANABEL CORP reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding balance and any associated costs.

Credit review

ANABEL CORP reserves the right to review the customer's credit status at any time and may require updated financial information to continue offering credit terms.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes regarding invoices or statements must be raised within 15 days of receipt. After this period, the invoice will be deemed accurate and payable.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, where ANABEL CORP is headquartered.

Authorization

By submitting this form, I/we acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. I/we certify that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge. I/we authorize ANABEL CORP to obtain credit reports and other necessary information to evaluate this credit application.
